New Testament Church of India is the church planting arm of COTR Bible College in India.

This  Church planting ministry organization was founded by Apostle Dr. P. J. Titus. Over 200 churches have been planted in the States of, Andhra Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Orissa, Delhi, and Kerala. NTC provides field placement opportunities for our graduates as pastors, evangelists or missionaries.
